Skinless and boneless Breast with skin and wing bone Thigh and drumstick

Succulent baby chicken glazed with Chinese five spice and tamarind and finished with star-anise. Breast of chicken stuffed with French brie, brushed with a garlic and herb marinade and wrapped in Parma ham. Breast of chicken stuffed with buffalo mozzarella, sun-dried tomato and brushed with French garden marinade. Tender chicken breast cut into strips and marinated in either a mustard and black pepper, or Chinese sauce.
