Sales and Office Admin Assistant

Hours: 9am-5pm
Hours: 9am-5pm (5 days a week including Saturday)
Location: Park Royal (London)
Position: Full-time
Salary: Competitive (experience dependant)

We are a family run business that has become one of London’s most respected butchers, supplying some of the best chefs and restaurants, and of course our loyal customers, with the very best of British meat rating highly in provenance, welfare, and flavour. 

We have seen rapid growth over the last few years and have exciting expansion plans that will ensure we continue to do so in the right way and without compromising on quality.

The Role

This role’s primary responsibility will be to input orders and respond to customer queries across email, customer service systems and phone lines. The right candidate would ideally have some knowledge of sales, food and/or the hospitality industry, but this is not essential. We're seeking an energetic person who can join a close-knit team and help us retain our high standard of customer service. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Inputting customer orders
  • Taking credit card payments
  • Organising credits and checking invoices

The Candidate

  • Have a good telephone manner.
  • Be well acquainted with MS Office.
  • Be methodical and have good communication skills.
  • Work well within a team.
  • Pay attention to detail whilst under pressure ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Have good organisation skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Do ad hoc jobs as required.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • A foodie with their finger on the pulse of the restaurant and food scene.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of Shopify not essential but would be a bonus.
