The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Sales, Admin & Customer Support representative. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing enquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of customer service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain high standards under pressure. The company is full of foodies, so we’re looking for someone with a love of food to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Accurately input customer orders and ensuring prompt processing.
• Customer Interaction: Respond to calls and emails, providing information and resolving issues.
• Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on orders and customer queries.
• Issue Resolution: Organise credits and address customer concerns efficiently.
• Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks and support the sales function.
• Team Collaboration: Work within a close-knit team to maintain service standards.
• General Office Duties: Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

The Candidate

• Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manners and communication skills are essential.
• Organisational Skills: Methodical and able to multitask effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks accurately under pressure.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team Player: Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
• Interest in Food: A passion for food is preferable but not essential. Product knowledge will be highly beneficial.
