Sales and Office Admin Assistant

Hours: 9am-5pm
Location: Park Royal (London)
Position: Full-time
Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

We have seen rapid growth over the last few years and have exciting expansion plans that will ensure we continue to do so in the right way and without compromising on quality.

The Role

This role’s main responsibilities will be inputting orders, taking credit card payments, doing credits, checking invoices etc. The right candidate would ideally have some knowledge of sales, food and/or the hospitality industry but this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inputting customer orders
  • Taking credit card payments
  • Organising credits and checking invoices

The Candidate

  • Have a good telephone manner.
  • Be well acquainted with MS Office.
  • Be methodical and have good communication skills.
  • Work well within a team.
  • Pay attention to detail whilst under pressure ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Have good organisation skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Do ad hoc jobs as required.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • A foodie with their finger on the pulse of the restaurant and food scene.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of Shopify not essential but would be a bonus.
