Night Sales and Office Admin Assistant

Hours: 8pm - 6am (5 nights a week)
Location: Park Royal (London)
Position: Full-time
Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour

About the role

This role’s main responsibilities will be inputting orders, taking credit card payments, managing credits, checking invoices etc. The right candidate would ideally have some knowledge of sales, food and/or the hospitality industry but this is not essential.

Taking credit card payments
Organising credits and checking invoices 

What will the candidate look like?

  • Have a good telephone manner.
  • Be well acquainted with MS Office.
  • Be methodical and have good communication skills.
  • Work well within a team.
  • Pay attention to detail whilst under pressure ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Have good organisation skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Do ad hoc jobs as required.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • A foodie with their finger on the pulse of the restaurant and food scene.
  • Experience in a marketing role or similar.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of Shopify not essential but would be a bonus.
