Aged Ayrshire fillet rolled in dijon mustard, topped with mushroom ductile, confit shallots and onions and buttery puff pastry layers.
Brush a light layer of egg wash over the pastry before popping the beef wellington in a preheated oven of 180°C for 25 minutes. Allow the wellington to rest for ten minutes before serving.
One beef wellington per person.

Deliveries over £40 are free. Any deliveries under £40 will include a £5 delivery charge.
