Hugh Black Haggis
Haggis is Scotland's national dish and is frequently served alongside neeps, tatties, and a whiskey sauce as a celebratory meal for Burns' Night. Hugh Black's award winning haggis, straight from Scotland, is packed full of warming spices, vitamins and the most incredible flavour.
Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
