For the turkey:

• 1 x Turkey (approx 6kg)
• 1 x Tom's bread sauce spice blend
• 1 x Marmalade 

For the beef:

• 1 x Two-bone Rib of Beef (approx 2.8 kg)
• 1 x Tom's pastrami spice rub
• 1 x Tracklements strong English mustard
• 1 x Moutarde de Beaune Wholegrain mustard
• 1 x Tracklements strong horseradish cream
