Lamb Neck on the Bone
The neck fillet cooked on the bone has delicious results. After a good few hours of cooking at a very low temperature the meat will fall away from the bone.
The neck fillet will come as a whole piece.
Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
