Rosemary, Lemon and Garlic Marinated Leg of Lamb
A favourite for a Sunday roast, leg of lamb is a fantastic centrepiece of lean tender meat. We have marinated our lamb legs in a vibrant marinade of rosemary, garlic, lemon peel and olive oil. Simplicity at it's finest!
Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
