Side Chick Za'atar Boneless Chicken with Dips
- From our friends at Patty&Bun's Side Chick, comes this boneless chicken, marinated in za’atar, garlic, honey, olive oil, lemon.
- Marinated boneless corn fed chicken
- Herb Yoghurt
- Red pepper hot sauceCOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 210°c
Place the chicken skin side up on a baking tray and cook for between 20 and 24 minutes depending on required level of char on the Chicken.
If you want to crisp the skin up further place unde a hot grill at the end for a few minutes.
INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS
Marinade: Za’atar (Sesame), garlic, honey, olive oil, lemon
Herb Yoghurt: Coriander, mint, olive oil, white wine vinegar (Sulphites), coriander seeds, cumin seeds, salt, greek yoghurt (Milk), lemon juice
Red Pepper Hot Sauce: Onions, red chillies, garlic, white wine vinegar (Sulphites), paprika, black pepper, red peppers roasted, brown sugar, plum tomatoes
