Venison mince is rich and tasty, and a great alternative if you fancy experimenting with your winter cottage pie or if you would like to make your own venison burgers.
Each pack weighs approximately 500g.
At HG Walter, the venison we work with is hand picked by Brett Graham of The Ledbury from Aynhoe Park. He chooses the smaller fallow deer as he believes this breed has the best flavour and texture. It is important to hang the venison for 7-10 days this is to help improve flavour and tenderness.
