Newly launched lamb butchery classes are here. This class will take place on Tuesday 19th March 2024 at our Barons Court shop, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
Our expert butcher will show you how to break down a whole lamb into primals before learning how to prep each of the cuts that we all know and love.
You’ll then be treated to a sensational 5-course dinner focusing on exceptional British, native-breed lamb. You'll finish with a fabulous dessert and leave with a full belly and your newly acquired butchery skills.
You will get to take a rolled saddle home with you, that you'll have prepared yourself.
