Boneless Butterflied Leg of Lamb


By butterflying a leg of lamb you are increasing the amount of meat exposed to the heat of the grill to help produce that great chargrilled flavour. Perfect for marinating and cooking on the bbq. A whole leg feeds about 5-6 people.

Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
