A traditional merguez sausage made with lamb and beef trim, harissa, cumin, chilli and pepper. Great on their own or added to a lamb dish.
Each sausage weighs 35g.
For best results grill from fresh for 16-18 mins on a medium heat. Turn occasionally.
Check product is piping hot before serving.
Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
