Our local delivery times are from 7am-4pm Monday-Saturday, and our DPD delivery times are 7am-7pm Tuesday-Friday. If you place your order with our nationwide delivery service, you will receive a message with a more accurate delivery window on the selected delivery day.

All collections from our shop in Barons Court can be collected at any time during the opening hours of your selected day. Please note that our opening hours differ during the Christmas period.

During our Christmas ‘peak week’ (Monday 18th to Saturday 23rd December) there will be a flat delivery fee of £12.50 for all orders during that week, regardless of minimum spend.

Outside of this delivery period, all orders under £70 will incur a delivery charge of £8.50 for local and nationwide deliveries. Orders over £70 qualify for free delivery.

All shop collections are free of charge, though and we have a minimum order value of £15.

You must choose a delivery or collection date to proceed with checkout.

Up until 14th December, all orders will require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellation. Past 14th December, all orders will require 5 days’ notice for cancellation. This is to protect our suppliers and farmers, as well as the operational efficiency of our HG team, who will be working around the clock to execute all orders.

Any orders cancelled with less than 5 days’ notice will not be eligible for a refund.

If you wish to add items to your order, please call our office on 020 7385 6466 and request items to be added. You will then receive an additional invoice via email which will need to be paid for the amended order to be processed. Up until 14th December, cart amendments will need to be made and paid for at least 72 hours before your delivery date.

If an item is not on our website, we may not have it, however, you may contact our customer service team to check on special requests. Unfortunately requests for special products on your order notes are not valid.
