Created by London-based Maori chef Matt Burgess, Blak Fire Sauce is a spiced soy chilli sauce that adds an elegant balance of heat, spice, and umami.

Whether you're looking to glaze, marinate, or add a finishing touch, this sauce does it all. It’s a standout on pork, chicken, or beef, but it also adds a surprising twist to charred vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower.

Each bottle is 150ml.
