Christmas Birds

Our turkeys and geese are reared by farmers in the Worcestershire countryside, using an outdoor free-range farming system. The birds are slow-reared on a natural, hormone-free diet. They are dry plucked by hand, with the turkeys being hung for a minimum of 10 days and the geese for 7 to 10 days.

Our ducks are from Devon, while our Game birds are from the Yorkshire and Scottish Moors.
