Handmade in London, Poon’s WO Sauce is a rich, deeply savoury condiment inspired by the classic Cantonese XO sauce. Instead of the traditional dried scallops, this version blends salted shrimp, dried shrimp, and Poon’s signature wind-dried bacon for a bold, smoky finish with real depth of flavour.

Packed with umami and a subtle kick of spice, WO Sauce is the perfect way to finish grilled steaks, roast chicken, pork chops, and more - or stir it through fried rice, toss with noodles, or drizzle over vegetables for an instant boost of rich, savoury flavour.
