Reared by farmers in the Worcestershire countryside, using an outdoor free-range farming system, our geese are slow-reared on a natural, hormone-free diet of homegrown wheat. They are dry plucked by hand and hung for 7 to 10 days, leading to the most incredible flavour and texture.
