A beautiful organic farm situated high up in the valley focussing on impressive sustainable and regenerative farming practices and all animals on the farm are Pasture For Life. Their incredible produce are staples sold at our shop in Barons Court. 

Their pedigree Dexter cattle and Hampshire Down sheep freely graze on lush green grasses and red and white clover leys through spring, summer, and autumn. In Winter, the Dexter cattle move to the barns, eating haylage grown on the land. They are slaughtered at about 30 months and then hung for three weeks.

Their Organic Devonshire Gold chickens spend 9-10 more weeks living on the farm where they roam freely in and around their huts and eat only natural organic food. The houses are moved onto new ground with every group of chickens.

Rainbow trout are grown in three old hatching ponds, which are fed from the stream that runs through the land. Apple juice is made from the 928 trees planted on the land.
