Cut from the leg, this diced lamb is naturally lean and tender, making it a versatile option for everyday cooking. Prepared by our butchers into even-sized pieces, it cooks more quickly than shoulder while still delivering the naturally sweet flavour associated with good lamb.

Sourced from Suffolk–Texel cross lambs reared on the pastures around Launceston in Cornwall, all of our lamb is free range and raised to the highest welfare standards. These breeds are known for their fine texture and well-balanced flavour.

Ideal for lamb stews, casseroles and curries, it also works particularly well threaded onto skewers for homemade kebabs and barbecue cooking.

Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
