A creamy peppercorn sauce made with peppercorns, beef stock, garlic & herbs. This sauce's punchy, warming flavours make it the perfect accompaniment to steak. It's also delicious with chicken or pork. Simply heat over the hob in a saucepan and serve.

Please note, this product requires 48 hours notice.

Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently over a moderate heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Do not allow to boil. Check sauce is piping hot before serving.

Ingredients: Peppercorns, Beef stock [Beef, Tomato Puree, Red Wine (Sulphites), Onion, Garlic, Thyme, Rosemary, Celery], Shallot, Garlic, Brandy (Sulphites, Cream Milk), Stabiliser (E451), Beef Dripping, Salt.
