Our lamb comes from Suffolk–Texel cross flocks reared around Launceston in Cornwall, producing naturally sweet, well-flavoured meat that works particularly well with bold seasonings.
Cook over a high heat on the barbecue, under the grill or in a frying pan until well coloured on the outside. Serve in a bun with yoghurt, pickles and fresh herbs, or alongside salads and flatbreads.
Each burger weighs 160g.
We recommend that all meat products are cooked thoroughly.
Instructions: Chilled: 14-16 mins. Place under a pre-heated grill for 14-16 minutes. Turn occasionally. Leave to rest for 5 minutes after cooking.
