Lamb Burger with Chilli and Coriander
A little bit of a kick these lamb and chilli burgers are great on the bbq, grilled or pan fried.
Each burger weighs 160 grams.
We recommend that all meat products are cooked thoroughly.
Instructions: Chilled: 14-16 mins. Place under a pre-heated grill for 14-16 minutes. Turn occasionally. Leave to rest for 5 minutes after cooking.

Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
