Buttery and nutritious, lamb kidneys work well in both lamb and beef stews. We also love them devilled and served on toast. Nose to tail dining has made a comeback in recent years, with offal being being lauded for its' prized cuts in both restaurants and home kitchens. 

Each pack contains 4 kidneys. 

Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
