Lamb Kofta Kebabs


A recipe made by our in house chefs; the lamb kofta kebabs are very popular. Lamb mince is mixed with fresh coriander, chilli, cumin and seasoning. 

Gently fry in a pan for about 12 mins keeping them moving so they cook evenly.

Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
