Our Earl Stonham Wagyu Ribeye Steak is something truly special. Raised on the lush pastures of Suffolk, this British Wagyu offers exceptional marbling, deep, buttery flavour, and unbeatable tenderness.

Cut from the forequarter, the ribeye is prized for its balance of rich flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture. The intramuscular fat renders beautifully during cooking, delivering a juicy, full-bodied steak that needs little more than a simple seasoning and a hot sear.

Wagyu is an old Japanese breed of cattle which has an extraordinary ability to store fat within its muscles. This fat is much higher in soft, monounsaturated fat (as in olive oil) and much lower in hard, saturated fat than normal beef. This helps to give the meat it’s special deliciousness and tenderness.
