We’ve teamed up with Gymkhana Fine Foods to create something bold, flavourful, and made for the grill: boneless whole chicken, marinated in your choice of Gymkhana’s signature spice blends.

Prepared in-house by our butchers, the chicken is fully deboned but kept whole for an impressive shape and even cooking - ideal for the barbecue. Both marinades are developed by the chefs behind Michelin-starred Gymkhana restaurant, bringing restaurant-quality to your home grill.

Juicy, deeply flavoured, and quick to cook - just fire up the barbecue and serve with flatbreads, raita, and fresh herbs for a showstopping summer feast.

Each chicken weighs approximately 1-1.1kg (Min Weight 900g).

Please note, this product requires 48 hours notice.

Skewer your chicken using at least 3-4 metal skewers, so that it’s easy to turn whilst cooking. Place the chicken onto the BBQ, with a medium heat, skin side up. Close the lid, cook for 10 minutes, turn the chicken over and repeat. Be careful the coals are not too hot as the skin side will burn easier. Leave to rest for 8-10 minutes. Slice in strips and serve.
