Diced Venison


Our venison is fallow deer from Hampshire.

Each pack weighs approximately 500g

At HG Walter, the venison we work with is hand picked by Brett Graham of The Ledbury from Aynhoe Park. He chooses the smaller fallow deer as he believes this breed has the best flavour and texture. It is important to hang the venison for 7-10 days this is to help improve flavour and tenderness.
