Join us this autumn for An Evening with the Farmer - an immersive butchery masterclass and supper in collaboration with Stream Farm. We’ll be joined by Will, the farmer in charge of Stream Farm, to introduce the story behind their beautiful hidden valley in Somerset, their organic and regenerative methods and what makes their produce so exceptional.
Guided by our expert butchers, you’ll get hands-on with Stream Farm’s organic meats, learning how to de-bone a chicken and bone-and-roll a lamb shoulder. Everything you prepare will be carefully wrapped for you to take home, ready for your next meal.
Once the knives are down, our head chef Lee will prepare snack plates followed by a three-course supper that celebrates the very best of Stream Farm’s produce. From chicken, lamb and pork to their eggs and apple juice, the menu is designed to showcase the provenance, seasonality and sustainability of the farm. Expect dishes that are rooted in quality and care, highlighting the same organic meats you’ve worked with, alongside other cuts that demonstrate the versatility of the whole animal.
This is more than a class - it’s an evening of skill, flavour and education. You’ll meet the farmer behind the produce, enjoy exceptional food, and gain a deeper appreciation for the craft that takes meat from farm to table.
Places are strictly limited - book early to secure your spot.
Please note: Butchery class tickets are non-refundable.
