Namprik Hot & Crispy Thai Shallots

A crisp Thai condiment with a balance of gentle heat, savoury umami and acidity. Inspired by the traditional nam prik of northern Thailand, this version brings plenty of crunch and a bit of spice. 

Spoon over noodles, rice, soups and stir-fries, or use it to finish grilled meats, burgers and hot dogs. Particularly good anywhere a little heat and texture are called for.
