Boneless Rump of Lamb Whole
The lamb rump is a great little joint for two for roasting or bbq-ing it has great flavour and superb texture.
Each rump is 500g in weight with a minimum weight of 450 grams.
Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
