Introducing our bold new pork, cider and hot honey sausage made in collaboration with the legends at Dr Sting’s. Made using high-welfare, native-breed pork and a splash of cider, these sausages are finished with a generous drizzle of Dr Sting’s fiery, sticky hot honey - a distinctive blend of British honey infused with red chillies.

Juicy, tender, and unapologetically full of flavour, they strike the perfect balance of sweet and heat. Ideal for barbecuing, basting, or loading into a bun, they bring bold character to any summer spread.

For best results grill from fresh for 16-18 mins on a medium heat. Turn occasionally.
Check product is piping hot before serving.

Our main pig breed is a Hampshire cross Duroc. These pigs are crossed due to their ability to withstand the British weather, but also for their fat covering and tender meat-eating qualities.

The pigs are free-range and are born and spend their whole lives outside, overlooking the South Downs and the Brighton coastline. They are fed on a natural diet, free of growth promotors or growth hormones, that consists primarily of cereal (wheat and barley), with minerals and vitamins making up the rest.
