This beef cheek ragu is a fantastic winter-warmer dish.
Meltingly tender beef cheek, braised slowly in a red wine for a hearty tomato sauce, best served over fresh pappardelle pasta. It doesn't get much better.
Please note, this product requires 48 hours notice.
Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently over a moderate heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Check sauce is piping hot before serving.
