Our Belted Galloway beef comes from the Long family at Hillfield Farm in Norfolk, where the cattle are born, reared and finished on pasture. Grazing unimproved grassland year-round, their slow-maturing Belties produce beef with remarkable flavour, texture and provenance - a true reflection of careful farming and traditional butchery.
