Our Belted Galloway beef comes from the Long family at Hillfield Farm in Norfolk, where the cattle are born, reared and fattened on pasture. The family have farmed cattle there for two generations, and their Belties graze the farm’s unimproved pastures year-round - producing exceptional beef with true provenance and character.
