Coppa Stagionata


Pork collar is seasoned and aged for around 12 weeks until it develops it’s distinct white-rosy colour, resulting in a sweet, lightly spiced cured joint with a rich aged-meaty flavour. Thinly sliced, this coppa is a staple on an antipasti platter, paired with a punchy cheese and a fruity glass of red wine. Ideal for sharing!
