Barbecue season is here - and this is your chance to master the cuts made for the grill. Join us at our Barons Court shop for an evening of hands-on butchery and BBQ prep, where you’ll learn how to break down and prepare meat that truly shines over fire.
Led by one of our expert butchers, this class focuses on BBQ-ready cuts that pack flavour and drama. You’ll learn how to spatchcock a chicken, trim onglet steaks, and break down a rack of pork ribs - all cuts that are built for open-flame cooking. Best of all, you’ll take your butchered cuts home with you, ready to cook up your own summer feast.
Once the hard work is done, we’ll fire up the Big Green Egg and serve a relaxed, flavour-packed BBQ supper showcasing the best of British meat. Think smoked brisket, lamb belly skewers, peri-peri chicken, and smoky barbecue beans - rounded off with a proper pudding and a glass (or two) of wine.
No experience needed. Just bring your appetite, roll up your sleeves, and get stuck in.
