Join us this summer for an evening dedicated to the craft of beef butchery at our Barons Court shop. Guided by our expert butchers, you’ll get hands-on with a native-breed rib of beef, learning how to break it down into primals, refine your knife skills, and prepare your own rib of beef to take home.
Once the hard work is done, our head chef Lee will take over to demonstrate how to master beef tartare, before treating you to a delicious selection of canapés, followed by a three-course beef dining experience that showcases the very best of HG Walter beef. Expect picanha steak grilled over charcoal on our Big Green Egg, côte de boeuf served with our award-winning steak sauces, and a show-stopping dessert to finish.
