Step into the world of butchery with our hands-on beef butchery masterclass this July - designed for all levels and hosted at our Barons Court shop. The class is ideal for meat lovers and home cooks eager to deepen their understanding of premium British beef and traditional butchery technique.
Led by our expert butchers, you’ll break down a hindquarter of beef gaining a deep understanding of prime cuts, traditional techniques, and expert knife skills. You’ll also butcher your own rib of beef to take home - a showstopping cut that showcases the very best of British beef.
Expect plenty of tasters throughout the evening, plus an insight into what makes HG Walter beef exceptional. After the class, sit down for a sensational dinner cooked by our head chef Lee. Expect standout cuts like picanha cooked over fire, côte de boeuf, and our signature steak sauces - all served with a selection of wines included in the evening.
