Join us this autumn for an evening dedicated to the craft of beef butchery at our Barons Court shop. Guided by our expert butchers, you’ll get hands-on with a native-breed rib of beef - learning how to break it down into primals, refine your knife skills, and prepare your own roasting joint to take home.

Once the hard work is done, our head chef Lee will take over to demonstrate how to master beef tartare, before treating you to a delicious selection of canapes, followed by a three-course feast that showcases the very best of HG Walter beef. Expect picanha grilled over charcoal on our Big Green Egg, côte de boeuf served with our award-winning steak sauces, and a show-stopping dessert to finish. Each course will be paired with specially selected wines to bring out the full character of the meat.

This immersive masterclass blends skill, flavour, and provenance - a chance to step behind the counter and into our world. You’ll leave with a full belly, new knowledge, and a beautifully prepared rib of beef ready for your next dinner at home.
