Our country style cocktail sausages are made with free-range British pork stuffed into natural lamb casings, then linked by hand. Filled with 90% pork and lightly seasoned with herbs and a pinch of pepper, these versatile little cocktail sausages make great party food as is or covered in a sauce of your choice. Roll these up in streaky bacon for the best cocktail party food: mini pigs-in-blankets.

For best results grill from fresh for 16-18 mins on a medium heat. Turn occasionally.
Check product is piping hot before serving.

Honey Glazed Cocktail Sausages

Our main pig breed is a Hampshire cross Duroc. These pigs are crossed due to their ability to withstand the British weather, but also for their fat covering and tender meat-eating qualities.

The pigs are free-range and are born and spend their whole lives outside, overlooking the South Downs and the Brighton coastline. They are fed on a natural diet, free of growth promotors or growth hormones, that consists primarily of cereal (wheat and barley), with minerals and vitamins making up the rest.
