Honey Glazed Cocktail Sausages
Cook the sausages over a medium heat in a lightly oiled nonstick pan, they’re small enough to cook all the way through in the pan. Once they are cooked, reduce the heat slightly and pour in the honey with a dollop of your chosen mustard.
Let it bubble away for a minute or so before adding the vinegar. Cook for a minute or until the sausages are nicely glazed. Sprinkle with the picked thyme leaves and serve.
