Lamb Rump Brochettes
Cubes of prime lamb rump glazed with mint and rosemary, ideal for a quick tasty dinner.
Each lamb brochette is 130 grams.
We recommend that all meat products are cooked thoroughly.
Either pop the brochettes under the grill for 10 minutes or roast them in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes depending on how you like your lamb cooked.

Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
