HOMEMADE SHEPHERDS PIE (LARGE)
The king of all pies! Shoulder of lamb cooked low and slow in red wine, Worcestershire sauce, carrot, onion and rosemary, then pulled apart and topped with creamy mash.
One pie serves between 2-3 depending on appetites!
TO COOK: Cook for 30-35 minutes at 170-180°C.
Ingredients; Lamb, Celery, Onion, Carrots, Salt, Pepper, Dried Rosemary, Plain Wheat Flour (GLUTEN), Red Wine, Stock (Carrot, CELERY, Onion, Bones, Leek), Tomato Puree, Worcestershire Sauce, Anchovy Fillets, Mash Potato; Potatoes, Butter (MILK), Salt, EGG YOLK
