We make these sausages with wild British venison, free-range pork for added succulence and a blend of red wine, juniper and warming spices - a combination that creates real depth of flavour. The venison brings a gentle gaminess, balanced by the sweetness of the wine and the fragrant lift of juniper. It’s a classic pairing that feels both comforting and refined.

For best results grill from fresh for 16-18 mins on a medium heat. Turn occasionally.
Check product is piping hot before serving.
