As a company, zero waste butchery is a key part of our ethos, and allows our customers and ourselves to enjoy nose to tail butchery. Nothing goes to waste, but occasionally we see certain cuts go quicker than others. Therefore, we are able on occasion to give our customers a reduced price on cuts, ensuring we avoid surplus supply.
