Our Galician beef comes from 7-year-old-old Rubia Gallega x Frissona cattle from a smallholding near Lugo, Galicia. Galician beef comes from retired dairy cows that have been left to graze on lush Spanish pastures, to live out a longer life.

This method of farming not only promotes zero waste living, but also leads to a spectacular tasting quality in the beef and gives ex-dairy beef its characteristically deep red colour.
