Melt a little butter in a nonstick pan. First fry the vegetables to give a little colour, then add the stuffing, pigs in blankets and turkey. Add a few splashes of gravy to help bind the ingredients together.
Lay the tortilla wrap down on a chopping board and spread over a layer of cranberry sauce, ensuring you spread a little on the edges to help seal the burrito. Add a couple of slices of brie and then the mix from the frying pan.
Wrap the burrito as tightly as possible. Be sure to tuck the ends in on either side.
Place the burrito seam side down in a griddle pan to help seal it. Toast well on all sides. Serve with some extra gravy for dipping.
