Diced Lamb Leg
The leg is a lean and tender cut. Diced lamb leg is great if you do not have a lot of time but fancy making a lamb stew or casserole. Also perfect if you would like to make your own kebabs.
Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
