Prepared from free-range British lamb, these bones are ideal for making homemade stocks, broths and sauces. Rich in natural collagen and flavour, they release depth and body during long, slow simmering.

Our lamb comes from Suffolk-Texel cross flocks reared around Launceston in Cornwall, where rich pasture and high welfare standards produce naturally sweet, well-flavoured meat.

Roast before simmering for a darker, richer stock, or cook gently with vegetables and herbs to create the foundation for soups, gravies and sauces. They can also be combined with beef or chicken bones for a more complex broth.

Minimum pack weight: 1kg.

Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
