A traditional merguez made with lamb and beef trim, seasoned with harissa, cumin, chilli and black pepper. Richly spiced and full of flavour, these sausages are inspired by the North African classic, where warming spices complement the natural richness of the meat.

Best cooked over a high heat on the barbecue, under the grill or in a frying pan. Serve with flatbreads, yoghurt and fresh herbs, or alongside couscous and grilled vegetables.

Each sausage weighs 35g.

For best results grill from fresh for 16-18 mins on a medium heat. Turn occasionally.

Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
